A well-established accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Accounts & Advisory Manager to join its growing team. This role offers a mix of client management, technical advisory work, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
• Deliver accounts, VAT, and personal tax compliance services
• Review tax computations and identify planning opportunities (Income Tax, CGT, IHT)
• Provide clear, practical advice on complex tax matters
• Support and develop junior team members
• Oversee workflow, WIP, and billing to ensure efficient delivery
• Assist with business development and client growth

About You

• ACA / ACCA and/or CTA qualified
• Strong experience in accounts and tax advisory
• Confident managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commercially aware and proactive
