Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant
- General Bookkeeping, office admin and data inputting duties.
- VAT returns and Self Assessments
- Updating client records and files
- Liaising with clients and HMRC, resolving any issues, answering any queries and delivering a proactive service.
What we are looking for in our ideal Accounts Assistant:
- At least 2 years of experience within a UK Accountancy Practice.
- HNC/HND or degree in accounting would be desirable.
- Experience in QuickBooks
