Job Opportunity: Accounts Assistant & Office Administrator
Location: South Dublin
My client, a well-established property management company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant & Office Administrator to join their busy and professional office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in accounts and administration to become part of a supportive team in a dynamic industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will support both the accounts team and the general office. They must be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing a varied workload with minimal supervision.
While experience with SAGE software is desirable, it is not essential. However, experience using some form of accounts software is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining financial records
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoicing and credit control
- Responding to client account queries
- Handling rent reviews and RTB registrations
- Updating records and internal databases
- Managing phone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence
- Ordering and tracking stationery supplies
- General administrative support across the office
- Assisting colleagues as needed
- Experience with Letman software would be beneficial but is not essential.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant or administrative role
- Familiarity with SAGE or other accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and capable of working with minimal supervision
- A team player with a positive and professional attitude
