Salary: £40,000 (depending on experience)
Qualification: Fully Qualified (ACA / ACCA)
About the RoleWe’re looking for two experienced and technically strong Accounts Seniors to join our expanding team. As an Accounts Senior, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with Managers and Assistant Managers to deliver high-quality accounts and tax services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Senior who enjoys technical work and wants to be part of a supportive, growing practice. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the team’s technical capability and helping others develop, while being given a clear path to progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review accounts preparation and tax work for a range of clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and advice.
- Support and mentor junior team members in their development.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen technical standards.
About You
- ACA or ACCA fully qualified.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Senior within practice.
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and compliance.
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ambitious and ready to take the next step toward management.
