About the Role:
Our client, a highly respected and established law firm, is currently seeking an Accredited Supervising Family Solicitor to join their growing family law team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a key leadership role while managing a diverse caseload of family law matters. You will be responsible for supervising junior staff, providing mentorship, and ensuring exceptional service to clients in sensitive family law cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex family law matters
- Represent clients in Family Court hearings, mediation, and other dispute resolution settings.
- Experience in handling Legal Aid applications and managing related processes.
- Handle emergency family law applications, ensuring swift and accurate legal responses.
- Manage a caseload independently, ensuring all deadlines are met and clients receive the highest standard of care.
- Work closely with the wider family law team, providing support, sharing expertise, and contributing to business development efforts.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and support to junior solicitors, paralegals, and trainees, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
