Responsibilities of an Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager:
- As well as reviewing you will also be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and will be expected to do some of the preparation of accounts and leading some audits.
- There is a separate tax department but you may be expected to do some tax returns.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Working within set budgets and tight time scales.
- Liaising with clients building and maintaining strong professional relationships, resolving any issues and assisting with queries.
What we are looking for in our ideal Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager:
- ACCA/ACA Qualified or Qualified by experience candidates may be considered.
- At least 3-5 years of experience within a Accountancy Practice.
- Ability to lead a team confidently
