Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior
Location: Leicester (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
A well-established and growing accountancy practice based in Leicester is currently looking to recruit an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior or Senior to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years’ UK practice audit experience who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The role offers a 50/50 split between audit and accounts, providing excellent exposure across a diverse client portfolio including SMEs and owner-managed businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and assisting on audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Preparing statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Working closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality assignments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ audit experience within a UK accountancy practice
- Experience in accounts preparation
- ACA/ACCA part-qualified, studying, or qualified
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
