Audit Semi Senior – Halesowen
Salary: Up to £34,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Halesowen, is looking for an Audit Semi Senior to join their expanding audit team. The firm supports a broad range of clients – from start-ups to well-established businesses – providing services across audit, accounts, tax, and business advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering audit assignments from planning through to completion for a wide variety of clients
- Attend client meetings and liaise directly with business owners and finance teams
- Identify key risk areas and ensure audit work meets professional and regulatory standards
- Work closely with senior team members and managers to support audit delivery
- Mentor and assist junior staff, sharing knowledge and supporting their development
- Contribute ideas to improve audit efficiency and enhance the client experience
Skills & Experience:
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or currently studying towards qualification)
- Previous audit experience within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach
