Position: Audit Senior
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Are you an experienced professional who’s qualified or nearing qualification and looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client, based in Manchester, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior to join their already established team.

Job Summary:

• Complete audit work in accordance with planning documentation
• Assist the Senior Audit Associates / Audit Director with audit fieldwork
• Support, plan and finalise audit engagements, working directly with the client under manager / partner supervision
• Direct communication with client finance staff to obtain audit evidence
• Drafting of reports, letters and other documentation to be provided to clients
• Progress and develop your own skills and knowledge in line with your agreed goals and objectives
• Ad-hoc assignments, including potential opportunities to be involved in other assurance report assignments, forensic accounting and financial due diligence reporting

Desired Skills:

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions.
• Competency in using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in using Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, CCH AP, and CCH AA (preferred, but not essential; full training provided).
• Attention to detail.
