Looking for your next step as an Audit Senior? Our client, a growing accountancy practice in Solihull, is looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join their busy audit team. If you have a strong background in audit and accounts, ACA/ACCA qualifications (or are working towards them), and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion for a wide variety of clients
- Conduct risk assessments and develop tailored audit strategies
- Review financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare high-quality audit working papers and reports
- Evaluate internal controls and business processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Ensure all work meets regulatory and professional standards
What You’ll Need:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or studying towards qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ audit and accounts experience within a practice
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency with audit software and accounting systems
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
