Bookkeeper
An accountancy practice is seeking a Bookkeeper with strong administrative skills to join their team. The role involves managing financial records, processing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with Irish tax regulations.
As a bookkeeper your responsibilities are:
- Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE/PRSI, and Relevant Contracts Tax returns.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and maintaining the debtors ledger.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Bookkeeper Requirements:
- Qualification in bookkeeping, payroll, or as an accounting technician (advantageous but not essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
