The Opportunity
I’m working with a well-established and highly respected financial services firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow one of their key offices.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys combining leadership responsibilities with hands-on client work. The role will focus heavily on managing complex financial cases, supporting business growth, and driving high standards of client service across the branch.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of complex financial cases, ensuring excellent service delivery and compliance throughout.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of advisors and support staff within the branch.
• Drive branch performance, business development, and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing practical and tailored financial solutions.
• Monitor branch KPIs, operational performance, and regulatory standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
• Contribute to the wider strategic growth and success of the business.
