Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

The Role:
The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, working on matters from initial instruction through to resolution. You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships and will play an important role in delivering the firm’s high standard of service.
This is a full-time, office-based, permanent role offering genuine scope for development and long-term progression.
What You'll Need as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
- A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Civil Litigation
- Experience across a wide range of dispute types, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Negligence claims
- Debt recovery
- Commercial litigation
- Building and construction disputes
- Misrepresentation
- Inheritance Act and contested probate claims
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centric legal services
- Ability to manage pressure and handle a busy caseload independently and collaboratively
- A proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for both your own development and that of the wider team
