Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor
Location: Ellesmere Port

A growing specialist litigation practice is looking to recruit an ambitious Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload of litigated personal injury and credit hire matters within a supportive environment that values technical ability, autonomy, and long-term career development.
The Role
Working alongside experienced litigators and with dedicated administrative support, you will manage your own caseload of litigated personal injury claims from instruction through to trial.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate Track personal injury matters
- Handling litigated personal injury and credit hire claims
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Preparing disclosure, trial bundles, and litigation strategies
- Negotiating settlements and advising clients throughout the claims process
- Preparing Part 18 Requests and Part 36 Offers
- Liaising with Counsel, medical experts, and third parties
- Delivering outstanding client care throughout each matter
- Ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules and court deadlines
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Ideally 2+ years' litigation experience (strong candidates with less experience will also be considered)
- Experience managing litigated personal injury claims
- Credit hire experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience handling Fast Track and Intermediate or Multi Track litigation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused approach
