£45,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

A growing accountancy practice is seeking a qualified Client Accounts Manager to take ownership of accounts and tax delivery, lead a team, and support advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Review accounts and corporate/personal tax returns
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Act as escalation point for technical queries
• Support tax advisory work and identify planning opportunities
• Manage workflow, deadlines, and team capacity
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Communicate with clients and provide day-to-day support

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• 5+ years’ experience in practice
• Strong UK tax knowledge (corporate & personal)
• Experience reviewing work and managing workflow
• Confident communicator with leadership experience
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
