Our client, a highly respected and growing accountancy practice based in Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a split role, combining hands-on preparation and review of accounts with the management of a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client needs are consistently met, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of statutory accounts for a variety of clients
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries
- Acting as a key point of contact, offering proactive advice and solutions
- Liaising with clients to ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Assisting with ad-hoc queries and advisory projects
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to the firm's ongoing success
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and review
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
