Client Manager
Location: Dorchester (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
We are a well-established, medium-sized accountancy practice based in Dorchester, with a strong reputation across the local area. Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, we are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice and support
- Supporting clients with business planning, forecasting, and growth strategies
- Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance and mentorship
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within an accountancy practice is essential
- Proven experience within a general practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service
