We are working with a rapidly expanding law firm seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor or fee earner to join their high-performing team. This role offers a strong caseload, excellent flexibility, and genuine career development.
The Role
You will independently manage a varied portfolio of clinical negligence matters, supporting clients through complex and sensitive claims. The work is high quality, diverse, and offers excellent exposure for someone looking to advance their expertise.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience handling clinical negligence claims
- Confident running cases from first instruction through to trial
- Experience with a broad mix of claim types, including misdiagnosis, surgical errors, medication/prescription issues and dental negligence
- Strong client-care skills and clear communication
- Solid IT skills; familiarity with case management systems (Proclaim advantageous but not essential)
