Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handling a varied caseload of commercial property (leases, acquisitions, disposals), commercial litigation (disputes, breach of contract), and corporate advisory work (shareholder agreements, demergers).
- Business Development: Actively seeking out and meeting with potential new clients to expand the firm's reach.
- Thought Leadership: Writing regular content, including legal blogs, case commentaries, and articles for external publication to boost the firm's profile.
- Networking: Representing the firm at industry events and maintaining high-level relationships with existing high-net-worth and corporate clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Ideally 3+ years PQE, with a strong background in commercial law and a proven ability to work independently.
- Interpersonal Skills: High level of confidence in face-to-face client meetings and networking environments.
- Commercial Acumen: The ability to provide practical, business-focused advice rather than just theoretical legal solutions.
