Salary: From £35,000 (DOE)

- Commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating leases and contracts
- Preparing and reviewing ancillary documents
- Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
- Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion

About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) or experienced fee earner
- Experience in commercial or residential conveyancing
- Keen interest in developing a career in commercial property
- Able to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
