Salary:£50,000 +

The Job Role

• Managing your own commercial litigation caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advising clients on legal risks, prospects and potential costs exposure.
• Developing effective litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Handling multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
• Working closely with the firm's Real Estate, Corporate and Finance teams to provide joined-up solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within agreed deadlines and client SLAs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
• Assisting senior members of the team on larger and more complex cases.

About You
The ideal candidate will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and strong technical and procedural knowledge.

You will be:

• A confident and technically strong commercial litigator.
• Commercially minded with strong tactical judgement.
• Tenacious and focused on achieving the best outcome for clients.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload.
• A strong communicator with a genuine focus on client care.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
