Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £62,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent

The Work
You will handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Landlord and Tenant work
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Property development projects
- Acting for both commercial and private clients

Candidate Requirements
- 2-5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law
- Strong technical knowledge across landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially focused approach with a genuine passion for property work
