Location:(office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility as required)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Puro Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm in Rochdale, seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with exposure to Corporate Transactions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, working closely with clients, and taking an active role in the growth and success of the firm.
The Opportunity
You’ll become a valued member of the Commercial Department, advising on a diverse portfolio of matters such as:
- Commercial leases and landlord & tenant issues
- Acquisitions and disposals of property
- Refinancing and secured lending
If your background includes corporate work, you’ll also support clients on:
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Company restructuring projects
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
You’ll be encouraged to take initiative, build long-term relationships, and contribute to a forward-thinking team known for quality and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will likely have 2–5 years’ PQE and a strong grounding in commercial property law. You should be able to demonstrate:
- Confidence in handling a broad range of property transactions from start to finish
- Sound understanding of leases, landlord & tenant matters, and refinancing arrangements
- Ideally, experience supporting corporate transactions
- Competence with IT systems and case management software
