Commercial Property Solicitor – Liverpool / Southport
We are working with a well-established and expanding law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team, based in either Liverpool or Southport (with hybrid working available).
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated solicitor to take on a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant transactions
- Commercial refinancing and secured lending work
Key responsibilities include:
- Running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Managing matters from onboarding through to post-completion
- Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with support teams and delegating effectively where appropriate
- Monitoring financial performance on files and contributing to team targets
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property transactions
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
- A team-focused and collaborative approach
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- The ability to work independently and use initiative when required
