An established and highly regarded East Kent law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding and well-respected team.

Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced fee earners with strong exposure to commercial property work.

The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Lease drafting, renewals and assignments
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development and property finance work
• General commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion

You will be joining a busy and established team with a strong pipeline of work and excellent local market presence.

About You
The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience in commercial property law
• Be confident managing a varied caseload independently
• Have strong technical knowledge across commercial property transactions
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be proactive, commercially aware and able to build strong client relationships
• Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
