Location: Rochdale
Working Pattern: Office-based (Hybrid may be considered)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Job Role 

• Commercial sales and purchases.
• Lease work.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Refinancing.
• Commercial property development work where appropriate.
• Advising clients throughout the transaction process.
• Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.

The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to become a key member of the Commercial Department, with support and mentoring available to help you continue developing your career.

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE.
• Experienced in a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Confident advising on leases, landlord and tenant matters, sales, purchases and refinancing.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and third parties.
• Comfortable using IT and legal case management systems.
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing firm.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
