Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 7+ years PQE
- Great technical and procedural knowledge
- Managing a broad range of commercial property issues, including acquisitions, disputes, and landlord-tenant matters such as negotiating new leases, granting licences to assign, and approving licences for alterations.
- Overseeing funding arrangements related to property acquisitions.
- Drafting auction contracts and managing associated sales, often working within tight deadlines.
- Identifying legal risks and advising clients on strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborating closely with other departments within the firm, including real estate, corporate, and finance teams, to deliver seamless, integrated solutions for clients.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication, fostering long-term retention.
- Managing multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of each with a high standard of professionalism.
- Demonstrating the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for numerous ongoing cases.
