We are currently partnering with a leading legal services provider who are seeking Consultant Solicitors across all areas of law. This model allows you to focus entirely on your legal work while benefitting from full infrastructure, compliance support, and professional resources.
The Opportunity
As a Consultant Solicitor, you will:
- Work on a self-employed, freelance basis, retaining control over your working hours and client base.
- Bring your own caseload or client following, while having the capacity to grow further.
- Deliver high-quality legal services with the full backing of a professional, established firm.
Billing Target & Fee Structure
1. Billing Target
- There is no fixed billing target. Consultants are expected to build and maintain a sustainable caseload, but we do not impose minimum thresholds.
2. Fee-Share Structure
- 60/40 split in favour of the consultant solicitor for matters relating to clients they bring on board.
- 50/50 split for matters relating to clients introduced by the firm.
This arrangement ensures consultants are rewarded fairly for their own business development, while also sharing equitably in fees for work generated by the firm.
