A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team in Fitzrovia, based at a newly opened office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who is comfortable managing a full caseload independently and is looking to join a supportive, modern, and forward-thinking practice.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, alongside the opportunity to contribute to team development and the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Handling transactions efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Maintaining strong risk management, file organisation, and attention to detail
- Meeting billing, time-recording, and financial performance targets
- Delivering a high standard of client care, both remotely and in person
- Supporting colleagues where required, including holiday and absence cover
- Contributing to business development, networking, and marketing activities
- Building strong relationships with clients, referrers, and local contacts
- Using case management systems to prepare documentation and maintain accurate records
- Playing an active role in team meetings and departmental initiatives
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Conveyancer
- Confident handling a wide range of residential property matters from start to finish
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Well organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills and experience using case management systems
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with an interest in business development
