Location: Chester
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive DOE + Bonus Scheme

An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer to join its busy property team based in Chester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional to join a successful and expanding firm with a strong local reputation and a steady flow of quality work.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients and local referrers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential property transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Reviewing titles, searches, and raising enquiries
  • Preparing reports and completion documentation
  • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and compliantly
  • Delivering high levels of client care throughout the transaction process
  • Supporting business development and relationship-building activities

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong communication and client-care skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
