About the Role
My client is seeking to recruit a full-time Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join their growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to become part of a firm committed to delivering a high-quality service and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential & commercial conveyancing transactions independently.
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and other property matters.
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of client care and service delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer.
• Minimum of 2 years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to work.
