A well-established law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its busy property team. This opportunity is suited to a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal who is confident managing their own files and providing an excellent service to clients.
The role will involve handling a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, working closely with clients and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Deal with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure files are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and firm procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Able to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to managing files.
