Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and well-established law firm in Rhyl.
This role is ideal for a confident property lawyer looking to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive team that values excellent client care, professional development and long-term career progression.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion while providing clients with clear, practical advice throughout the transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Manage remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters.
- Review title documentation and raise enquiries.
- Prepare contracts, transfer deeds and completion statements.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties.
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements and Land Registry procedures.
- Deliver exceptional client care while maintaining excellent file management standards.
- Assist with business development and help build lasting client relationships.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
- Ideally 2+ years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience.
- Confident managing your own conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and professional approach.
