Residential Conveyancer
Location: Chester
Up to £45,000 DOE (flexibility for the right candidate)

A growing and forward-thinking property firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team in Chester.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and rapidly developing business with a strong pipeline of work generated through an associated property company experiencing significant growth.

The role offers genuine long-term progression opportunities, including the potential to develop into a Deputy HoLP position over time for the right individual.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supporting the continued growth of the wider property team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Reviewing titles, searches, and raising enquiries
  • Preparing reports and completion documentation
  • Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions
  • Assisting with departmental growth and operational support
  • Supporting compliance and risk management procedures where appropriate

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner considered
  • Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach
  • Interest in long-term progression and leadership opportunities advantageous
