Conveyancing Fee Earners – Preston
Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Puro Associates are seeking experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners to join an established legal team in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals to manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Drafting contracts, transfers, and other legal documents relevant to the conveyancing process.
- Acting as the main client contact, providing updates and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Liaising with third parties including solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals involved in the conveyancing process.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
About You
- Proven experience managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold, leasehold, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity work.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive, detail-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a busy conveyancing team.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and building long-lasting relationships.
