Are you an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner seeking a new challenge in a supportive, progressive environment? Our client – a respected regional practice – is looking for a motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their established team.
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will independently manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build matters and more complex property transactions. You will have full autonomy over your files while working alongside a friendly, collaborative team.
The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will enjoy strong referral relationships and will have opportunities to build new connections and grow work streams if desired. This role suits someone who takes satisfaction in handling the full conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
We would love to hear from a Conveyancing Fee Earner who has:
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- A commercial mindset and proactive approach to resolving issues
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent client care standards
