Conveyancing Solicitor – Exciting Opportunity in Northwhich
Puro Associates are working with a forward-thinking practice that is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Property team. This is a fantastic chance to take on a varied caseload, focusing primarily on residential conveyancing, with scope to expand into commercial work.
This role is ideal for an ambitious fee earner looking to develop their career, take on responsibility, and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Right to buy transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold matters
- Lease extensions
- Deeds of variation
- Shared ownership
- New build properties
- Exposure to light commercial work, such as:
- Landlord/tenant matters
- Share sales
- Section 106 agreements
- Other related commercial transactions
- Building strong client relationships and generating referrals to support the growth of the conveyancing team
- Taking responsibility for compliance requirements, including Law Society CQS accreditation renewal
- Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (ideally 5+)
- Able to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong client care skills with a proactive approach to business development
- Office-based availability is required due to the team’s structure
- Part-time opportunities may be considered for highly experienced candidates
