Senior Associate - Corporate
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per year

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate to take on a pivotal role, working closely with the Corporate Partners and gaining significant client exposure.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Associate - Corporate:

• Lead and manage key corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and more.
• Provide expert advice on corporate governance, shareholders' agreements, and company law.
• Handle a variety of private equity and corporate finance matters.
• Oversee corporate reorganisations and related transactions, ensuring smooth execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Contribute to the corporate team’s business development efforts and strategic growth goals.

About You:

• A UK solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience with corporate transactional work.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead on complex corporate matters.

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Supervisory Experience.
