Location: Wiltshire (with hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 – £62,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a highly regarded and ambitious law firm with a strong regional and national client base.
The successful candidate will support an Associate Solicitor on a broad mix of corporate and commercial work, with exposure to clients ranging from SMEs and high-net-worth entrepreneurs to large regional and international businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
- Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial documentation.
- Advising clients across a broad variety of sectors.
- Working closely with senior solicitors while building your own caseload.
- Contributing to the growth, ethos, and values of the wider team.
- Participating in business development initiatives and events.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law (regional or City firm experience welcomed).
- Have strong technical ability with proven drafting skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess commercial awareness and sound business acumen.
- Be a proactive team player with independence of thought and fresh ideas.
- Share the firm’s ethos of collaboration, innovation, and community engagement.
