Corporate Tax Manager

A respected and growing accountancy practice in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join its Corporate Tax team. This is a senior role offering a mix of complex compliance, high-level advisory work and team leadership.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients (typically £50m–£100m turnover), act as the technical lead on complex matters, and support the development of a high-performing tax team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied corporate tax portfolio
- Reviewing and approving tax computations and returns
- Delivering corporate tax advisory work (e.g. restructures, R&D, capital allowances, transfer pricing)
- Acting as a technical point of contact for complex queries
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior staff
- Identifying opportunities to expand advisory services
About You:
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
- Minimum 6 years’ corporate tax experience
- Strong compliance review and advisory background
- Experience managing staff
