Court of Protection Lawyer – Grade B Solicitor
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £50,000 - £60000

We’re working in partnership with a leading national law firm to recruit an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor for their expanding team in Liverpool. The Role:
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of Court of Protection matters, including:

  • Acting for vulnerable clients lacking mental capacity
  • Managing property and financial affairs under Deputyship and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, local authorities and financial institutions
  • Representing clients in contested Court of Protection applications

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor (Grade B) with 3+ years PQE, ideally within a Court of Protection or Mental Capacity setting
  • Strong working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A commitment to protecting the rights and dignity of vulnerable individuals
