Criminal Defence Solicitor (Litigation)
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

The Role
As a Criminal Litigation Solicitor, you will:
- Handle a wide range of criminal law matters, from police station representation to Court of Appeal proceedings
- Provide clear, high-quality legal advice to clients at all stages of the criminal justice process
- Build and develop advocacy skills, with opportunities to represent clients in hearings and trials
- Work in a challenging but rewarding environment alongside experienced advocates and colleagues
- Play a key part in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the highest professional standards
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- Qualification as a Duty Solicitor (preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate)
- A strong knowledge of criminal law and procedure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Good IT skills and adaptability to new systems
- A commitment to client care, with the ability to build trust and provide quality advice
- Flexibility in approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
