A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients while working closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional level of service.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters from instruction through to conclusion
- Advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required
- Drafting legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence
- Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
