Puro Associates are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (ideally 4+ years PQE) to join a well-established and supportive Commercial Property team based in Preston.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work on a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property transactions, with strong career progression and exposure to an impressive client base.
The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a broad range of matters, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Banking and secured lending transactions
- Landlord and tenant work – leases, renewals, and asset management
- Development, investment, and corporate support matters
- Advising businesses, investors, developers, and financial institutions
You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships, play an active role in business development, and contribute to the continued success of the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally 4+ years PQE in commercial property (candidates with less will be considered)
- Ability to manage your own caseload and work with initiative
- Strong technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident in handling high-value and complex transactions
- A strong communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Team-focused with the desire to support colleagues and mentor junior staff
- Driven, commercially aware, and motivated to develop your career within a progressive firm
