Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, financial proceedings, and child arrangements.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
- Draft clear, precise, and persuasive legal documentation.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and development.
- Maintain accurate case files and uphold the highest professional standards.
- Work towards achieving favourable settlements through effective negotiation and advocacy.
About You
- Strong background in family law with proven experience managing your own caseload.
- A minimum of 10 years PQE.
- Confident in advocacy and experienced in litigation processes.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Commercially aware with a client-focused mindset.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
