An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded and specialist Family Law practice in Cheshire.
This role is ideally suited to a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience) who is looking to further develop their career within a respected and growing team handling high-quality private family work.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, with a particular focus on financial remedy work, while also assisting on more complex cases alongside senior members of the department.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion
- Advising clients on divorce and financial settlements
- Handling private children matters where required
- Assisting senior solicitors on complex and high-value financial remedy cases
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering exceptional levels of client care and service
- Contributing to business development and networking activities
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the department
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in private family law
- Experience handling divorce and financial remedy matters
- Exposure to private children work
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a specialist family law team
- Strong organisational and case management skills
