The OpportunityWe are working with a well-established, highly regarded, Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation in family law. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint a talented Family Solicitor to join their Ascot office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer at any stage of their career - from newly qualified through to senior leadership - to take the next step in a supportive, forward-thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements, and private children matters.
  • Deliver practical, clear and empathetic advice to clients.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service.
  • Contribute to the wider team’s success, whether through mentoring, business development, or leadership at senior levels.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) - newly qualified through to Partner level.
  • Proven experience in family law, or strong training seat experience if recently qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine client care.
  • Ambitious, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
