About the RoleOur client, a well-established Legal 500 ranked firm in Oxford, is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor with at least two years’ post-qualification experience to join their busy and reputable team. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing clear and practical advice to clients, and contributing to the continued success of the firm’s family law practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a varied caseload covering family law issues such as divorce, financial settlements, children’s matters, and cohabitation disputes.
- Deliver client-focused advice with empathy and professionalism.
- Build strong client relationships to uphold the firm’s high standards of service.
- Senior solicitors will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, including mentoring and business development.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in family law.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and work efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow within a successful Legal 500 firm.
