The role
As a Family Solicitor, you will:

• Advise and represent clients in divorce and civil partnership dissolution cases.
• Navigate financial settlements, including property, maintenance, and pension issues.
• Resolve children matters, such as child arrangements, parental disputes, and welfare concerns.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and tailored advice to clients during emotionally charged times.
• Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring compliance with court directions and timetables.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 + years PQE
• Strong experience in both private and public family law.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
