Job Role

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private Children Act matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Separation agreements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

• Deliver practical, sensitive, and commercially focused legal advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional client care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide a seamless service.
• Support business development initiatives, networking, and the growth of the department.
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, file management, and professional conduct.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in Family Law.
• Strong experience managing a broad privately funded family law caseload independently.
• Excellent technical knowledge across divorce, financial remedies, and private children matters.
• Outstanding communication and client care skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking.
• Organised, empathetic, and able to manage sensitive matters with professionalism.
• A collaborative team player with ambitions to progress within a growing department.
